I grew up with pets and cared for them, which sparked a lifelong passion for animals in me that has continued into adulthood. I've taken care of my family's pets for approximately 20 years. I decided to use Rover for the first time before going on a 2 week trip, and I’m SO GLAD I found Jen! She was incredibly professional and thorough and followed my most specific requests. I was nervous my cat would be too shy to see her, but she took the time to give him treats, pet him, and play with him. Jen is a rockstar and I will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!
I’ve had Hsiujen T. as my cat sitter several times now, and I genuinely cannot recommend her highly enough. Every time she takes care of my cat while I’m away, I feel completely at ease and know that I have absolutely nothing to worry about. She is incredibly responsible, thoughtful, attentive, and trustworthy. One thing I especially appreciate about Hsiujen is how thorough she is. She always brings a little notebook and carefully writes down everything she needs to take care of, including all the tiny details I mention—and even things I hadn’t thought to mention. She is so attentive to my cat’s individual needs and makes sure nothing is overlooked. Every visit, she sends me so many pictures and updates, which I absolutely love. She carefully checks everything from food and water to the litter box and my cat’s overall condition, and she clearly pays attention to even the smallest changes. It is such a relief to know that my cat is not simply being fed and checked on, but is genuinely being cared for with so much attention and love. After having Hsiujen sit for my cat several times, I trust her completely. She is honestly the kind of sitter you feel incredibly lucky to have. Whenever I’m away, if she is available, she will always be my first choice. I could not recommend her more highly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hsiujen was very detail oriented to make sure she knew all of the care instructions for Leroy. She also shared videos and pictures that helped us know Leroy had some play time. Very thorough communication!
