Fian has been wonderful with my dog, Tigo, and I could not recommend her more highly. From the beginning, she showed genuine warmth, patience, and incredible attention to detail. Tigo is important to me, so leaving him in someone else’s care can be difficult, but Fian immediately made me feel at ease. What impressed me most was how delicately and thoughtfully she cared for him. She took time to understand his personality, routine, preferences, and little quirks, rather than treating him like just another dog. Her calm, gentle approach helped Tigo feel safe, comfortable, and loved. It was clear that she paid close attention to his needs and treated him with the same kindness and responsibility she would give her own pet. Fian was also dependable, communicative, and reassuring throughout the experience. Knowing that Tigo was with someone so attentive allowed me to relax without worrying. When I returned, he was happy, settled, and very comfortable with her. I am truly grateful for the care Fian gave Tigo. She is compassionate, trustworthy, and naturally wonderful with animals. Anyone would be incredibly fortunate to have Fian caring for their beloved pet, and Tigo is already looking forward to seeing her again!
