10/10 experience! We needed a last minute sitter for our pets and we are very picky about who takes care of them. Hsiao-chia took our long instructions with such grace! Our pets loved her and she made sure to check in with us - easing my anxiety lol. We will certainly use her in the future!
Came to the rescue at the last minute and saved my butt! Despite never having met Ina I could tell from pictures that they bonded immediately and Ina was happy as a clam and well taken care of. If we weren’t moving soon I would 100% book again!
Dora was amazing with our dogs, cats, and tortoise! Our home was kept in wonderful condition, not a thing out of place. She was easy to communicate with and we’d be happy to have her help our family out again!

Hsiao-chia was quick to respond and accept my request which I appreciated since it was for the next day. She asked good questions and made me feel good about leaving my 3 pets in her care.
