Fun, Safe Walks with a Vet Tech 🐾
First and foremost, I love our furry little friends! I have a beautiful 4.5 year old Bluetick Coonhound/German Shepard mix named Scarlet & she is the love of my life. We love relaxing & snuggling together, walking, running, playing with a soccer ball & of course she loves being chased around with her toy. She is well trained unless she’s being her stubborn hound self! I also grew up with 3 cats and a Beagle/Chihuahua mix, which was my first dog at 17. Even at that age I would take her on walks in the park or neighborhood, plays games with her & give her all the love she wanted. She was a feisty one with medicating but she trusted me the most in doing it. I’ve worked at an animal clinic for over 8 years. I am well trained with medicating pets, senior pets & nervous/anxious pets. Even though my days during the week are filled with meeting new dogs/cats or seeing my favorite patients, there’s always room for more love to give!

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure the pet’s collar/leash are well secured on them so there is no chance for them to get loose while on a walk. I will make sure all gates are closed. As part of being a vet tech I am trained in trimming nails & expressing anal glands, as well as knowing if there is an issue that needs to be addressed by a doctor. If your pet has any specific medical, food or behavioral needs I am very experienced to assist! :)

Hope is the definition of a 'dog person.' She treats every animal she meets with the same love and attention she gives her own pets. Beyond her professional background as a vet tech, she has a natural intuition with animals—even the shy or anxious ones warm up to her instantly. She’s responsible, communicative, and truly loves what she does. Highly recommend.
Hope is just the best! She is so caring and sweet with my babies a treats them like they’re her own. You can immediately tell how much she loves animals. My cat that hides from everyone, comes out for her! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies !!!
Hope is attentive, friendly, and responsible. We have used her to help take care of our cat while we are away, and she has always been prompt and communicative! Her experience as a vet-tech makes me feel like my pet is safe and in good hands.

Schedule
I work full time during the week at the animal hospital (Monday-Thursday) but I am available on weekends for those that work or have plans :)
