Experience with pets of all kinds!
For the last five years, I have worked at zoos, shelters, and sanctuaries with a variety of animals! In the past I have owned reptiles, and I currently own one dog and three cats. Additionally, I usually have at least one foster animal in my care at all times. I understand that each animal is an individual and will adjust my behavior accordingly. I am happy to be active if your dog is a runner, or a couch potato if they're more of a snuggler! I have experience providing medication and special diets. I am currently working with my dog to decrease his reactivity and my cats on harness training! I am more than happy to do any enrichment or training you request with your furry friend!

I ensure that in addition to basic necessities, my animals are given physical and mental enrichment each day, whether it's a training session with my dog or a puzzle feeder for the cats. I am more than happy to do the same for your pets!

I wouldn’t consider my cat to be a lap cat, but Hope is the exception; I will usually receive a picture of my cat sitting on Hope during visits. So happy and grateful for this precious relationship they share
Hope stopped in at the agreed upon times and handled all chores including wet food, dry food, litter boxes, and visit/play time with our boys. We're grateful to have her stop by and keep our boys company for a bit while we were out of town!
Hope was fantastic. She was reliable, consistent, and communicative. Our cat was well cared for and we would definitely ask Hope to visit again.

Schedule
I work 10am-7pm (Mon, Wed, Fri) and therefore will only be available for early morning or late evening walks/drop-ins. Tuesdays and Thursdays I am available in the afternoons. I am available every other weekend. Please check my calendar for weekend availability. PLEASE NOTE: I do not accept house-sits longer than three nights (just a personal preference). I work long shifts and therefore would not be a good fit for dog house-sits unless it is during a weekend that I am off.
