Hi, I’m Hope! I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my whole life, so caring for pets has always felt like second nature to me. Dogs especially hold a special place in my heart — there’s nothing quite like the bond you build with them! I currently have my own dog, Bear, who keeps me active and reminds me daily just how much joy animals bring to our lives. By day I work as a preschool teacher, which means patience, attentiveness, and genuine care are things I bring into everything I do including looking after your furry family members. I understand that leaving your pet with someone new can feel stressful, and I want you to feel completely at ease knowing they’re in loving, responsible hands. Whether I’m taking your pup out for a walk or house sitting while you’re away, I treat every pet like my own. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I treat every pet as if they were my own because to me, that’s exactly what they are during our time together. In your home, I make sure your dog stays in their familiar environment with as little disruption to their routine as possible. I follow any specific care instructions you leave, keep doors and gates secure, and ensure your home is left exactly as I found it. I have my own dog, Bear, who is friendly and great with other dogs, so your pup will never feel lonely or out of place. I’m also completely comfortable crating dogs when needed and following whatever boundaries and routines work best for your pet specifically. As a preschool teacher, I’m naturally attentive, calm, and patient skills that translate really well to caring for animals of all personalities and energy levels. Whether your dog is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well looked after!

Schedule
I currently a working Mon to Fri between the hours of 8-5. I am happy to care for your pets anytime after that (no Thursdays though)
