Honor can care for
Availability
I am a reception class teacher with the summer off so August and early September I am available for very flexible work. I plan from October to be living in a van with a more flexible lifestyle and some teaching supply work to keep my flexibility with my pet sitting and walking.

As we move into the van we will be able to offer more flexibility regarding locations and lengths of stay, as well as drop ins or pet sitting. I treat the home and the pets as my own with all the care I can offer. I enjoy leaving the home in a good condition for owners to return to and to care for their pets as they would wish for themselves.
Information Honor W. would like to know about your pet
I really am keen to follow your preferences for your pet to make them feel as relaxed in my company and ensure there’s continued familiarity. I would love to know more about these things: do they like their toys or beds in certain places at home? Do they have certain routines exiting the house/car for walks I should know about? If I am pet sitting, any signs I should look out for showing me their distress/anxieties? Are there any favourite treats I could bring when I meet them to get them on side?
A typical day
I love to walk so there will certainly be exploring and many sniffs to be had! I also love to stimulate and entertain dogs in other ways when dog sitting, for example homemade treat puzzles, frozen yogurt lick mats and sometimes even dog treat baking!

Pet care experience
I have regularly been caring for family’s pets and been on call as a reliable and keen helper for many years. I have cared for non-family pets and homes and treat them like my own. My partner Jack and I may work together on some of the services and he has many more years experience in dog walking and dog boarding with his mother’s previous dog boarding business. He has a cocker spaniel himself, called Bryn, so this would be optional to join the pets for company or keep them separate.
Reviews
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honor was an absolutely brilliant house sitter and looked after Martha so well. Martha is a very nervous and anxious dog and can be very wary of other dogs and people. We were apprehensive about introducing Martha to somebody new and leaving her in somebody else’s care because she can be quite reactive. However, Honor was fantastic at putting her and us at ease instantly. She has such a calming presence and was brilliant at gaining Martha’s trust. She followed all her usual routines and kept us updated on how she was. Not only did she do an excellent job of looking after Martha, but she also looked after the house brilliantly and left it absolutely spotless. We will definitely use her services again and Martha was very sad to see her go.
Honor has grown up with cats, dogs and ponies and is always happiest when engaging with the natural and animal world. She is conscientious, diligent and very responsible. She regularly cares for family dogs and I would heartily recommend her to other pet owners.
