Hongjun was incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease right away. She sent us lots of photos during our dog’s stay, which really reassured us. In the photos, our dog looked so relaxed and comfortable — it was clear that she was cared for like a family member. Our dog is quite picky and preparing her meals can be a bit of a hassle, but Hongjun handled everything so thoughtfully, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, her husband is a great animal photographer and even gifted us a wonderful photo of our dog! We would absolutely love to ask them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Hongjun was amazing with our 2 dogs, 2 yo & 13 yo!! She is very responsible, kind and truly cares about each dog. I appreciated her and her husband helping our dogs get adjusted, keeping us updated on how they were doing with messages, photos and short videos during the stay. I recently entrusted Hongjun with caring for our dog for the first time over the past weekend. I was a bit concerned about how well our dog would adjust, but she adapted quickly and seemed very comfortable in Hongjun’s care. Our dog loves going for walks and playing in the backyard, and it's clear that Hongjun’s home provides exactly the kind of environment she enjoys. The backyard is well-maintained with a long tether system that ensures she can safely explore and play freely. The companionship with Doudou, Hongjun’s own dog, made the experience even more enriching, and Hongjun’s young daughter quickly became a wonderful friend to our dog as well. It’s evident that Hongjun truly understands what dogs need to be happy and content. Beyond her attentive care, she is a warm, thoughtful, and conscientious caregiver who genuinely cares about the well-being of the pets in her home. I was so impressed with Hongjun’s professionalism and kindness that I’m definitely looking forward to booking with her again for our future trips. They took great care of Daisy. She really seemed to enjoy her stay. I definitely will use her again to take care of Daisy when needed.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Hongjun was very responsive and accommodating. Her and her family were so sweet and caring to my dog. She sent pictures and short videos and I left with an amazing photo when I picked her up. I will definitely use her services again and highly recommend her!
