Life is not perfect without dog
Our family dog passed away after we had her 17 years. We are not ready to have another family dog as we still miss her. However we also miss the dog's company and seeing a dog around us. We have no pet and children at home and ONLY TAKE ONE CLIENT EVERY TIME. Loving dog and being loved by dog is part of our life. We are very knowledgeable and have full experience from puppy to senior. Safety first, happy and health is our principal. NOTIFICATION TO NEW CLIENTS: We are mandated work at office from Feb 2, 2026. Although there is some flexibility for WFH, however if the dog can't be alone at home at all, may doesn't fit us

Hong and Mark are amazing. Our dogs were well taken care of and they really interacted well with them. They sent us short videos to keep us updated on their well being. They are very organized and follow instructions well. We can't say enough good things about them and we highly recommend them. We're looking forward to booking with them again.
Rocco had a wonderful stay with Hong and Mark. Hong was incredibly attentive, making Rocco feel comfortable and happy throughout his visit. We received plenty of pictures and updates, which put me at ease.
We had a great experience with Isabella, Hong, and Mark looking after our dog, Jack, today. They took amazing care of him and sent us pictures and updates every couple of hours, which we really appreciated. Jack was so happy playing in their backyard, ate all of his food, and clearly had a wonderful time. It’s obvious they genuinely care for the dogs they look after. Thank you for taking such great care of Jack! we would happily trust you with him again and highly recommend you to others!

Very responsive and caring for our 10yr old dog. Sent daily updates (pics + messages) keeping us informed. Was also incredibly accommodating due to our arrival flight being delayed. Would recommend them for all requests and truly appreciate the help they provided.
Our dog was really well taken care of. Lots of updates and a very kind experience for our fur-baby. Hong and Mark’s love for dogs and commitment to ensuring a quality service is apparent in all their efforts. Will definitely use again.

We get up 7am, and go to bed 10pm. week day if we both go to work, could be max 5h no one at home.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety First always. We take dog to walk twice per day at least, often 3~4 times as need. And will like dog around us when we at home. We like to have interaction with dog, such as playing toys and games, talking to dog. We discipline the time for meals and walk
A typical day
Get up 7~7:30am , feed dog then for morning walk. take dog out for short walk in lunch break. Around 4:30pm feed dog and go for walk , another out for washroom before bed time. Play balls, toys, and intellectual games. Also let dog supervise me for garden work, etc.
