We couldn't be happier with Mr. Hong! He kindly stopped by to meet our dog, Sengay, before the booked dates to make sure it was a good fit, and they instantly connected. He gave us complete peace of mind by sending wonderful pictures while they were out walking and after getting Sengay safely back inside. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again

I've known Hong for over 10 years. He is incredibly patient and kind to animals, especially with his 10-year-old Labrador John.
