Hong truly goes above and beyond - she sent thoughtful updates with photos, took my dog on regular walks, and made me feel at ease while we were away. The best part was knowing he was treated like family. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive dog sitter.
My work schedule is always changing, and Hong is always able to accommodate. She was also very willing and very certain she’d be able to handle my people and dog reactive beagle, Alphie, and my prince, Teddy Bear. Alphie seemed very attached to her daughter, which was wonderful because he doesn’t generally like strangers. But he was so comfortable and sat as close as possible to her. Hong and her family took my boys on multiple walks with their boys, and sent me so many wonderful videos and photos of their outings, potty breaks, playtime, and rest time, which helped ease my anxiety. She always updates me throughout the day, which is perfect because I enjoy seeing my boys through the phone when I can’t see them in person. She lets me know if there’s any concerns or abnormal behaviors, which there rarely was any of. They slept with her family, and Teddy Bear seemed to find the coziest bed on top of her giant stuffed Squishmallows. I’m very grateful to her and her wonderful family for watching my babies. My babies CAN be difficult, especially Alphie, but she never complained and made watching them seem so easy. She is incredibly confident and reliable, and so brave, especially with taking on a dog as reactive as mine and for the first time. Alphie and Teddy were so loved and cared for by so many people here. We hope you guys will enjoy having her as your sitter as much as we do. 🩷
I was so happy with the care Hong provided for Zane. They went above and beyond with walks each day, and Zane seemed to really enjoy his time with them, and roaming in her spacious backyard. Hong was absolutely great at sending updates and photos while we were away, which really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Hong and will definitely book with her again. Thank you Hong, I know Zane will be looking forward to more visits!
Hong was amazing with our pup! I received frequent updates with videos and texts throughout the day and Kenzo was so spoiled with love and attention at her place, he probably didn’t want to come home lol. We would love to book with Hong again and will recommend her to all of our friends with fur babies.
Hong was great! My shy dog took to her and her other dogs very well. He got the attention he needed, and Hong followed his schedule very well. She sent constant updates with pictures and videos of my boy. I'm definitely going to have Hong watch my dog again.
Hong and her family helped take care of my two dogs, Harvey and Khloe, when I went on vacation. They were both well cared for while I was away. They were taken on daily walks and Hong sent me updates to let me know how they were doing. I highly recommend Hong for Rover.
