I am a certified veterinary assistant with experience caring for animals in veterinary hospitals, shelters, and private pet-sitting settings. I’m comfortable caring for dogs and cats of all ages, including pets with mobility or dietary needs, and I have experience administering medications. My goal is to provide the same attentive, compassionate care I’d want for my own pets while keeping owners informed and giving them peace of mind while they’re away.

Schedule
I maintain a relatively flexible schedule while I continue my education in the veterinary field, allowing me to accommodate a variety of pet care needs, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends whenever possible.

Safety, trust & environment
Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my priority is maintaining a safe, low-stress environment while following their normal routine as closely as possible. I’ll carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any special care requests to help your pet feel comfortable while you’re away. For pets staying in my home, I have a large backyard with plenty of room to play, as well as a long, fenced-in deck where dogs can safely enjoy fresh air and sunshine under supervision. My home is also equipped with handicap ramps to better accommodate senior pets or those with mobility challenges. Indoor cats can enjoy plenty of natural sunlight from the many windows throughout my home, creating cozy spots to relax and watch the outdoors.

A typical day
Every pet has a different idea of fun, so I tailor activities to their age, energy level, and personality. Whether it’s neighborhood walks, exploring nearby trails, playing fetch in the yard, interactive toys, enrichment games, or simply relaxing together and enjoying plenty of attention, I’ll make sure your pet stays happy, active, and engaged. If your dog enjoys swimming, I also have access to a small pond on the property that can be enjoyed with owner approval and close supervision.
