I have been caring for a variety of animals since I was around 10 years old. I have had pet dogs since the age of 9 and have been responsible for training them throughout their lives. Over the years I have also dog-sat, cat-sat, and cared for kittens for many friends and family members, who have always felt confident and comfortable leaving their pets in my care. I am currently finishing a degree in Animal Behaviour which has given me a strong understanding of animal psychology and body language across a range of species. This is one of the reasons I am keen to find more opportunities to apply and further develop my skills once my degree is complete. My ultimate goal is to build a career working with animals so I am highly motivated to gain as much experience as possible. Looking after your animals would be far more than a side job for me. I would treat every animal I have the privilege of caring for as if they were my own.
