Please Read Before Booking 🐾 Below are a few important details to help you understand how we operate and ensure we’re the right fit for your pup! What Should I Bring? Please bring your dog’s food, along with any favourite treats, toys, or bedding. While we do have supplies here, familiar items can help your pup feel more comfortable during their stay. ⸻ Will I Receive Updates? Yes! We try to provide a daily end-of-day update with photos. You’re always welcome to check in, but please note our main focus is the dogs in our care - so responses throughout the day may be limited. ⸻ Where Will My Dog Sleep? Can I See Inside? We have three different sleeping setups depending on your dog’s needs and availability (crate or non-crate options). We’re happy to share photos and show you the outdoor space during a meet & greet, but we are not able to allow clients inside due to liability reasons. ⸻ How Will My Dog Adjust? It’s completely normal for dogs to act a little differently in a new environment. Some may show mild anxiety (like licking paws), decreased appetite, or even destructive behavior with items from home. We monitor all dogs closely and will always keep you informed if anything comes up. ⸻ Will My Dog Play With Other Dogs? This depends on temperament and compatibility. We always take the first 1–2 days to assess each dog individually. If we find a suitable match, we may allow structured play - with owner permission. That said, as experienced trainers, we do not operate like a dog park. Our focus is on calm, structured care and safety. If you’re looking for constant group play, we may not be the best fit. Note: Our personal dogs are always kept separate from boarding dogs. ⸻ Pick-Up & Drop-Off Hours Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 7:30pm Friday: 7:30am – 7:00pm Saturday: No pick-ups or drop-offs (boarding still available during this time - just no drop offs or pick ups!) Sunday: 10:00am – 7:00pm ⸻ About Us 🐶 My husband Jerome and I run our home-based boarding program together. We both work from home, so your dog is rarely left alone. We offer: • Separate spaces for dogs who need downtime • Two large, fully fenced outdoor areas for exercise • Experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments • A structured, calm environment tailored to each dog Our boarding space is also equipped with cameras, allowing us to monitor your pup at all times and ensure they’re safe and comfortable. Holly & Jerome are amazing dog sitters! We always feel assured leaving our pup with them. They know him so well and he is always happy to jump off our car & head straight inside whenever we drop him off. Even though we have moved almost an hour away, we still make the drive to drop off our pup with them!! Holly is amazing & so accommodating with drop off/ pick up times. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Schedule
Because my husband and I both work from home, between the 2 of us we are able to fit pet care into our daily routine with no problems! We typically do 4 scheduled outdoor plays a day, with any other bathroom breaks required in between.

Safety, trust & environment
We have converted and dedicated an entire half of our house to a dog/play area. This area also has cameras so we can very closely monitor all pups, this is also where the crate area is located for eating and sleeping/any other times the dogs cannot be directly supervised by us.

The property has lots of space and different areas for your pup to explore, or we can get your pup set up in the backyard with a ball, rope, or jolly egg for them to play with!
