Availability
I work from home full time, so I’m always at home Monday-Friday. My work is very flexible and I’m often out walking at lunch time and in the evenings. I do live in a small flat however I have a balcony and our flats have a private enclosed garden area for toilet duties. I live just with my partner, no children/ flat mates/ family members so no worries there. Although I am available all day Monday-Friday, when accepting longer-term boarding that includes 2 weekends or more, I can only accept dogs that are comfortable to be home alone for longer periods of time, allowing me to do other things such as going to the gym, the cinema, or dinner plans (up to 5 hour max). For this reason, longer term boarding is usually not suitable for dogs with separation anxiety or high dependency needs. I always want to provide the appropriate care and attention for each individual dogs, so it would not be fair for me to take in a dog whose additional needs I cannot meet, therefore please keep this in mind if requesting long term boarding requests with 2 weekends included.

Information Holly D. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if there are any special requirements for your pooch and I’ll do my best to accommodate their needs and make their time as comfortable as possible. Please also keep in mind my earlier message about dogs with separation anxiety/additional needs during longer term boarding. Thank you for understanding
A typical day
Living near the Kelvin walkway and multiple green areas means constant walks and adventures for your pup! As I work from home full time, I’m also a big fan of breaks away from the desk to play When dogs are boarding, I like to take them on a morning walk, to the park during lunch, and a longer evening walk, before a final trip to the garden before bed time. This is of course fully dependant on the dog itself, and I would adjust walk times to suit mobility issues, or increase garden visits if toilet breaks are needed more frequently. Please do let me know what is suitable for your pooch :)

WFH Dog lover, missing my family dog in Ireland
Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my entire life. We got my first pet, Pippin when I was just a baby- she lived until I was 17! Then at 18 we got another pup, Biscuit- who is now 10 and still living in the family home in Ireland. I'm not yet in a position to have my own pup due to my regular travel to and from Ireland, however I love dogs and the company they provide- especially as I work fully remote and can be alone a lot. In the past I've regularly been a pet sitter for family and friends- not just dogs, cats and even a rabbit too! I have been on Rover for a while now and have welcomed almost 20 dogs into my small flat! From a set of lively Spaniel brothers, an elderly Dachshund with mobility issues, to intelligent and loving Labradors and nervous Doodles- I've had them all and I'm happy to keep meeting more and more :)
Reviews

I so gratefull to Holly for an absolute wonderful job caring for Luna, I had complete peace of mind and she kept me updated with photos and informing me how Luna is doing, she made the whole experience easy and proffessional I would have no hesitation using her service again or recommending her to others. 10/10

Holly sent regular updates and Sammy seemed to settle in so quickly! He’s been so relaxed and I’m sure he had such a lovely time- thank you so much!

Holly looked after my dachshund Buddy for 2 nights while I was away and he had the best time! She was very good at communicating with me and sending me pictures of Buddy. I would highly recommend Holly with watching your dog, they will be in safe hands! X

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holly. Very easy to deal with, great communication with and will go out of her way to accommodate. Ziggy loves staying with her and always comes back a happy doggy. 10/10.
