Are you looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and compassionate pet sitter? Hi, I'm Holly! With over 15 years of professional pet care experience, I understand that leaving your pet with someone else is a big decision. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stress free home where your pet is treated like family. Animals have always been my passion. Throughout my career, I've worked as a Nationally Certified Animal Control Officer, where I supervised an animal shelter, managed adoptions, and cared for countless animals with a wide variety of personalities and needs. I've also spent more than a decade volunteering with local rescues and shelters, opening my home to foster dogs, and assisting national organizations including the Humane Society of the United States, ASPCA, and Handsome Dan's Rescue during large-scale animal cruelty and dog fighting cases. My partner, Chris, shares my love for animals, and together we've cared for dogs of every breed, size, age, and temperament. We do not have breed restrictions and are comfortable accommodating dogs with different personalities and care requirements. Your dog's comfort and safety are always my top priorities. While we have dogs of our own, they are kept completely separate from visiting pets unless otherwise discussed. Every guest has their own private room complete with a comfortable bed and a crate if they prefer one, allowing them to relax in a quiet, low-stress environment. I work Monday through Friday just 10 minutes from home, giving me the flexibility to stop home when needed. Evenings and weekends are spent at home, allowing for plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and cuddles. Our fully fenced vinyl yard features two separate sections, making it easy to safely accommodate multiple dogs while ensuring everyone receives individualized care. I always encourage a meet-and-greet before your pet's stay so we can get to know one another, answer any questions, and help your dog feel comfortable before their visit. When your pet stays with us, they're not just being watched—they become part of our family. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, lounging on the couch, or simply soaking up affection, I'll make sure they receive the personalized care and attention they deserve. Holly watched our Rocco for a week when we went on vacation. Our dog has a lot of anxiety quirks and she did such a great job keeping him at ease and adapting to his needs. She communicated daily and sent pictures and videos during the day to keep us updated. We will definitely use her again!
I have no words for how grateful I am to have connected with Holly on Rover! My babies were so well taken care of, got so much attention, and I was confident they were in the BEST hands. My pups are pretty well behaved, but having 3 dogs (60-70 lb each) between the ages of 1-2, they have a lot of puppy energy and mischievous moments! Holly is a pro and it was such a relief that I had a trusted sitter who understands how important our fur babies are. Thank you Holly…we will definitely see you again!!!
5 STARS!!! Holly was fantastic! She has a lot of experience working with dogs and she takes her responsibilities seriously. She spent a lot of time each day with Rosie playing outside or doing her food puzzles. I received photos showing our happy dog! I absolutely will be using Holly’s services again.
So appreciative of Holly going above and beyond treating Kelso as her own! She did all she could to make him comfortable and create a fun environment. Frequent communication and photos really helped let us know how he was doing each day.
Holly and Chris were wonderful hosts for our dog! I had so much comfort knowing he was safe and settled at their place. We got plenty of photos and updates throughout the weekend. This will be our go-to sitter for the future!!

Schedule
I do work a full time job in public safety, but my schedule can be flexible, especially for clients in the Smithfield/Glocester area. We are typically home nights and weekends.

We have a fully fenced yard, which is also divided into two areas! The dogs go in and out thru our home, so there isnt away for them to escape out. We do NOT do meet and greets with our dogs. We will keep our dogs separate from your pet, unless otherwise discussed! However, I am happy to meet with you and your pet prior to their stay!

A typical day
We love spending time outside in our fenced in yard. We often take walks around the neighborhood and to slacks reservoir. We also like to use Kongs and lick mats for enrichment, as well as provide healthy fruits/veggies as fun snacks.
