Experienced & caring dog sitter
I have hands-on experience caring for dogs through both private pet sitting and volunteering with Dogs Trust as a canine carer. I've looked after dogs for friends, family and through recommendations, providing home visits, walks, companionship and medication when required. Alongside my practical experience, I've completed training in dog behaviour and welfare, giving me a good understanding of canine body language, individual needs and the importance of helping dogs feel safe and comfortable in my care ❤️ I've also worked professionally for animal welfare and environmental charities, so caring for animals has been a big part of both my personal and professional life! I know every dog has their own personality, routine and quirks, and I'm happy to adapt my care to what works best for them.

I understand how much trust is involved in asking someone to care for your pet in your home, so I'll always follow your instructions carefully, respect your home and keep your pet's usual routine as consistent as possible. I'll take the time to learn about their personality, preferences and any particular needs, and I'm happy to provide regular updates and photos so you know they're safe and happy while you're away!

Holly has looked after our dog Ralph a few times, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She’s incredibly patient, kind and caring, and clearly has a natural way with dogs. Ralph has an eye condition that requires additional care and daily medication, and Holly has always managed this brilliantly. I feel completely confident leaving Ralph in her care and, most importantly, he’s always very happy and comfortable with her!

Schedule
I currently have a flexible schedule, which means I can plan my day around pet visits and give each pet the time and attention they need. I'm available for regular or occasional visits, including daytime care, walks, feeding and check-ins while you're away.
