Safety, trust & environment

I’m happy to follow any training and routines you have, I understand consistency is key especially with pups and rescue dogs. Happy to keep up crate training and general obedience training, and to walk dogs on/off lead as required. My dog is very friendly with others & loves to play but has good respect and boundaries with more timid dogs.

Information Holly C. would like to know about your pet

How does your dog get on with other dogs? And do they have any behavioural or training needs you’d like me to keep on top of?

A typical day

I love exploring new places and will keep walks varied to keep your dog stimulated and using their nose! Being a vet physio I can use my expertise to judge what physical activity your dog may benefit from to keep them strong and mobile. I can even perform and prescribe exercises to keep them in top physical health.

Pet care experience

I’m known by many as an animal lover and have acquired extensive experience working with and looking after animals from work in veterinary practices to dog shelters. I’m a qualified veterinary physiotherapist, with the knowledge and expertise to understand your dogs needs, and provide expert care including any specific medical requirements. I have volunteered at rescue shelters abroad, often bonding most with the timid and anxious dogs and I understand the patience required to gain a dogs trust. I enjoy hanging out with dogs of all sorts and would be grateful to be in the company of your pet 😊

Holly came to meet Obi before our arranged booking. She was knowledgeable about caring for dogs. Obi is quite an anxious dog, and Holly immediately made him feel at ease. I was very confident in booking Holly for a whole day sitting. Thank you so much.

Holly is great with my dog Mimi, who has anxieties. Holly spent the time to make sure Mimi is comfortable in her company. Holly is professional, reliable and flexible. I’m completely comfortable with Holly looking after Mimi and would highly recommend Holly for sitting services. Thank you Holly.

Holly was great with Mimi (who has anxieties). Holly recommended a couple of meet and greets to make sure Mimi is comfortable with her prior to looking after Mimi for the evening. Holly was understanding and knew how to put Mimi at ease. After a very short time Mimi was cuddled up with Holly.
