I’ve had pets ever since I was a little girl, some of which have had various health issues (epilepsy, anxiety, FLUTD). I have experience with most sizes and ages of dogs, even puppies. I also currently have one cat and a hedgehog! So both cats and dogs I’m very comfortable with, and if you happen to have other small animals in your home I’d be happy to help with them too! Note: I work Monday-Friday 8-3pm so am unable to check in on house sitting, drop ins and boarding clients during those hours. I also have experience with the following; • inappropriate urination • diabetes • other behavioural problems

Holly did an awesome job cat and house sitting for us while we were away for 25 days. We met with Holly a couple of times before we left and it was immediately evident that our cats were her first priority. Oscar is very shy and after we left on vacation, he hid from Holly but she persisted and coaxed him out of hiding and made sure he was eating. Holly is very intuitive and understanding of cat behaviour. She sent us photos every day and also videos. We knew from the photos that Oscar & Olivia had bonded with her and trusted her. It was very reassuring to have the updates and to know that our fur babies were being well looked after. Holly also did a great job of looking after our home while we were away, picking up our mail, watering the garden and securing the house when she had to go out. This was our first time using Rover and we immediately felt comfortable leaving Oscar and Olivia in Holly's care. It was an absolute pleasure to getting to know Holly and we would definitely use her services again. Thank you Holly!!

Holly clearly knows a lot about the quirks and personalities of cats as well as about how to handle health issues! I was very happy to know my cat was in such good hands during the time I was a way.
Ringo immediately connected with Holly! She sent photos and sent updates on Ringo all the time. I can’t recommend her more, and will definitely choose her again in the future.
Holly was very communicative and I appreciated the daily updates, pictures, and videos.
Holly took great care of our shy cats. She managed to coax them out for pats and sent us lots of photos. We were very happy with the care she provided. We definitely recommend Holly.

I currently work full time as an education assistant which means I work 8-3 during the week, but have weekends off to care for your fur babies.

I view animal care with a very trusting and caring mindset, always trying to understand the animal personally. I’ve done a lot of research about animals behaviour and how to care for dogs and cats with behavioural issues (thanks Jackson Galaxy!). I’d love to get to know your fur baby and I would have so much fun taking care of them!!
Pets
A typical day
I live very close to both Macaulay and Saxe Point which are awesome locations for dog walks. Typically if I am boarding a dog, we will do 2 walks daily and have lots of play time! If I have taking care of or boarding your kitty we will have lots of playtime and snuggles.
