Holly was without a doubt the best choice we could have made for house sitting/ dog sitting/ cat sitting. She’s a natural with animals and even took the time to come for a meet and greet beforehand so they had already met her before we left on holiday. Our dogs loved getting out with her every day to a secure dog field. Holly is a lovely girl, and very trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask her to sit for us again. Highly recommended! Without Holly, we wouldn’t have been able to have a much needed family holiday. Our dogs are not the easiest to handle, and it takes someone very special to be able to take care of them. Holly genuinely has a gift and a passion for looking after animals and I would totally recommend her for anyone looking for help with pet care. I have spent time with her with her dog, my dogs and other people's pets, we have visited working farms and hobby farms and visited animal sanctuary for fun. I can honestly say I have always admired how she thinks about animals, she considers their needs and is attuned to how best to look after animals, has a knack of how to play with them if appropriate and it is clear how she can think from their perspective. In terms of dogs I think a lot of her skills, that I have observed, come from her growing up with her own families working dogs, she understands the concept of how to be around dogs, how to be firm and provide the right mix of boundaries and fun for dogs to keep them happy and safe, and I have taken her advice to much success on training my own dog. I know she has done courses in animals and her passion for them can not be under estimated..
