I always aim to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while in my care. Before any booking, I ask owners to provide clear instructions such as feeding schedules, walking routines, medication (if needed), and any other important details about their pet’s behaviour or preferences. Due to having a cat at home, I’m not able to host other pets at my house. However, I’m happy to care for pets in their own home through house sitting, where they can stay in their familiar environment and routine. I treat every home and pet with respect, making sure pets are supervised, safe, and well cared for at all times. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so owners can feel reassured while they’re away.

Calendar and availability
Schedule
I currently work two part-time jobs during the week, including some evening shifts, so my schedule can vary. Because of this, my availability isn’t always as fixed as some full-time pet sitters. I try to keep parts of my daytime schedule flexible where possible so I may be able to fit in dog walks or drop-in visits, but availability can depend on my work schedule for that week. I’m always happy to discuss timings in advance and will communicate clearly about what I’m able to accommodate. Once a booking is confirmed, I’m committed to being reliable and making sure pets in my care receive the attention, exercise, and care they need.

- Before caring for any pet, it’s really important for me to understand their temperament, behaviour, and routine. Please let me know if your dog has any reactivity towards other dogs, people, or certain situations so I can ensure I’m the right fit and can keep everyone safe. I’m most comfortable caring for dogs that are generally well trained and manageable on walks. For larger dogs especially, it’s important that they are able to walk calmly on the lead and respond well to basic commands. I also ask that owners provide clear instructions about their pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, walking requirements, any medical needs, and anything else that will help me care for them properly. The more information you can share in advance, the better I can make sure your pet feels comfortable and well looked after.
