Pet care experience

Remote worker seeking company 🐾

Hi there! 🐶 I’m Hiromi, 28 years old and a lifelong dog lover. Grew up with dogs in Brazil from my family ranging from poodles to English bulldog. For years I cared for my own dog, Gina—a Staffordshire–Rottweiler mix—who filled my days with so much love, energy, and personality. She sadly passed away during COVID at age 10, but ever since, I’ve really missed having a dog around. I currently live by myself and work remotely, which means I’m home most of the day. It can feel a bit quiet sometimes, and I genuinely enjoy having a pet around for company. I like to stay active, so I’m happy to go on walks and play, but I also make sure pets can relax and feel comfortable—it really depends on their personality. Because I travel occasionally for work, I can’t have a dog full-time, which is why I really value the time I get to spend caring for other people’s pets. I treat them with the same care and attention I would give my own. I live in Amsterdam Zuid, surrounded by great green areas for walks. Feel free to reach out—I’d love to meet you and your dog 💛

Hiromi has been amazing at sitting my dog! She was very proactive in communication, taking Jesus's needs into account, and I received lots of pictures about him during his stay. It seemed like he's enjoying his time a lot with Hiromi - so we'll definitely visit again! :)

Hiromi was very nice. We had good communication before and during Shanks’s stay. He was able to sleep and be calm at her house even though he is a puppy and can’t always settle in environment that doesn’t know. He looked happy and calm when we took him. Highly recommended!! :)

Hiromi took wonderful care of our puppy Chloe during the Christmas holidays, and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the very first contact, Chloe fell in love with her; they developed a beautiful bond that gave us so much peace of mind. Chloe is only 3 months old, and it was our first time leaving her with someone else, but Hiromi kept us constantly updated, sending photos and letting us know how Chloe was doing at all times, which made us feel very reassured. Hiromi is a truly kind and loving person, very responsible, and with plenty of experience caring for puppies and dogs. We couldn’t recommend her more highly and would absolutely trust her again without hesitation. 🐶❤️

Safety, trust & environment

I try to make pets feel as comfortable as possible, like they’re just in a different home. I stick to their usual routine and pay attention to what they need. I keep things calm, clean, and safe, and I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages so you know how they’re doing.

A typical day

It really depends on your pet. If they’re active, we’ll go on walks, play, and explore a bit. If they’re more relaxed, we’ll just take it easy. I like to keep them engaged, but also give them space to rest and feel comfortable.

It helps a lot if I know what your pet is used to—things like their routine, personality, and anything they might need extra care for. Whether they’re a bit shy, very energetic, or have specific habits, I’d like to know so I can make them feel as at home as possible.
