Hello! Taylor and I have been sitting on Rover for 3 years now. We have had lots of different dogs (and some cats) with all kinds of personalities! Our dog Caesar does good with most dogs, but if you’re a new client it’s always good to do a meet and greet just to be sure they are a good fit! Currently Taylor has a flexible job where he has the option to work from home with an advanced notice. He typically goes into the office for his job. I am currently going back to school to become an X-ray Technician. So when I am not in the classroom or at the hospital, I am at home studying and hanging out with the dogs! If we do have to leave Caesar and your pet alone, we put up a doggie gate and allow your pet to have free range of the living space while Caesar sticks to our bedroom. If your dog is kennel trained we do put them in their kennels. We try to refrain from accepting multiple animals at one time (unless you yourself have 2 dogs which is totally fine). There have only been a few situations where we had a couple of dogs from different owners at the same time. In those instances we reached out to all parties to receive confirmation that it was okay to go forward with that and we also had watched those dogs a few times prior so we were comfortable with knowing their behaviors. We love to do meet and greets initially, if it isn’t in the cards/late notices we understand! We try to be as accommodating as possible! Our apartment has a 10 acre courtyard with a walking trail that is easily accessible. There is a 2-mile walking trail called Bredesen Park down the road from where we live that we would take your pets for longer walks. We are on the ground level at our apartment and have a patio that leads right out to the courtyard. We hope you have your pet come and stay to play with Caesar and us!
