Hilda was amazing! Our dog sitter of many years retired and we were very nervous about finding someone for our pack of 5. Hilda was very knowledgeable, communicative, and made us feel at ease leaving our dogs with someone new. Despite watching our 5 dogs, our house was perfectly clean when we got home. Hilda house sat and walked by our dogs while we were away over New Years. She has a calm, warm presence that was perfect for our two girls, one of whom is quite skittish. She was conscientious about our instructions, communicative before and during the stay, and even helped us with training for leash walking. We definitely will use her again…. We felt confident while we were away and could just focus on our vacation.
Hilda was a dream come true for us & most importantly for Jack Jack, our Great Dane / German Shepherd mix. It was our first time using Rover, and she eased all of our nerves and concerns with immediate responses, pictures and videos of Jack and his progress. She not only took care of our dog, she improved his demeanor, behavior, and his reactivity. He is a much calmer and more confident dog because of Hilda. I know he misses her so much since we've returned home. When we got home, our house was clean, and his energy was so calm.
