*****IMPORTANT INFO *****PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Last updated 12/21/2023 PRICES AND LOCATION *Prices are non-negotiable and are adjusted based on supply and demand. *I currently service North Seattle neighborhoods only (Wallingford, Ballard, University District, Fremont, Green Lake, Lake City, and Northgate ). I also am currently accepting bookings in Shoreline, but only within a limited radius. *I do not accept requests for downtown, South Lake Union, West, and South Seattle locations AVAILABILITY *My calendar availability isn't always guaranteed, please ask for my availability before confirming payment. *Due to the high volume of requests, your time preference for drop-ins is taken into consideration, but is not guaranteed. Time preferences are conducted within these three timeframes: Morning Visits: 7am-10:30am Afternoon Visits (priority given to dog walks): 11:00am-3:00pm Evening Visits: 4:00pm-9pm OFFICE HOURS 8am-9pm, Monday-Sunday *I will accept bookings and answer any messages/calls within this timeframe CANCELLATION POLICY *I have a 7-day cancellation policy set in place for all bookings. Please refer to the Rover cancellation policies to understand what the 7-day cancellation policy means for you. *If cancellation occurs on my behalf or due to inclement weather, you will be given a 100% refund. MEET AND GREETS *I do not accept bookings from new clients without a meet and greet scheduled and a request that is least a week prior to service dates. This is to assure my safety as well as the safety of you and your pet/s. Meet and greets must be scheduled Monday-Friday. KEY PICKUP & DROP-OFF Beginning January 1st 2024, I will be implementing key pick up and drop-off fees The fees are as follows: *$20 (one way, key pickup or drop off at your home) *$40 (both ways, key pick-up and drop off at your home. The following key coordinations are complimentary and are as follows: *Providing the key to me at the complimentary meet and greet at your home *Dropping off your key/s at a designated lockbox outside of my home (directions and lockbox code will be provided prior to drop-off and pick-up SECURITY CAMERAS *I allow security cameras to be turned on during visits. All clients must disclose the location of all security cameras inside home during the meet and greet or prior to the first scheduled visit of the booking. If an undisclosed camera is found in an inappropriate area within the home (i.e. bathroom, guest bedroom, etc.), the booking will be terminated immediately with no refund. This rule is geared more towards housesitting bookings, but it also applies to drop-in visits and walks. BIO I am a Seattle-native who has a lifetime of home experience and over 10 years of professional experience caring for dogs, cats, and farm animals. I also work as an independent graphic designer on the side. I grew up on a farm and am very passionate about the well-being of all animals.
