I've always loved all animals -- and had my own little neighborhood pet sitting business when I was 10. I grew up with cats, and adopted my own cat as soon as I graduated college and got my own apartment. I had her for 10 years, until I had to put her to sleep due to kitty breast cancer (in 2018). In 2020 I adopted a puppy through a rescue organization, and then added another dog to my family when I married my husband who had a bassett hound. My friends have had me pet sit over the years for a variety of breeds of dogs.

I am presently only offering drop-in visits and dog walks at my clients' homes because I already have 2 dogs at home and would like to keep things separate. When visiting my clients' homes I truly enjoy quality time with your pets, and take care to enter quietly and gently as to allow them to adjust. For cats, I make every effort to pet & play with them the full amount of time for our visit. If they choose to hide, I make an effort to coax them out. For dog visits & walks, I adapt to your dog's personality! I'm happy to sit & pet, or run around & play in the yard -- to their (and your) preference.

Hilary has stayed with my dog Brookie many times (both in my house and in hers) and I always know he’s in good hands. As pet owners, we always worry that nobody will love our baby the way we do but Hilary will! Brookie is always so happy to be with her: he gets lots of outdoor time and play time, snoozes happily in her cozy house when it’s time to nap, and has a built-in bff with her dog Penny. At this point, Aunt Hilary is a household name for us and she’s one of the few people I truly trust when I go away because I know he’ll be given the attention and love I want him to have, and then some!
Hilary has been watching our dog for 10 years. She is absolutely wonderful with our dog! She is respectful of our home as well as our dogs needs. She is detailed oriented and always gives updates when needed. We would highly recommend Hilary as a pet sitter!
Hilary is a terrific dog sitter! She loves our animals, is full of energy in caring for them, and super reliable too! She can get herself up to keep up with a puppy, or down for an older gentleman who needs to go slower. She's great with our cat too. I recommend Hilary 100%!
