I have been around animals my entire life—dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, hamsters, even rats. I have experience with big dogs, including German Shepherds, and I’m currently the proud dog mamma of a high energy, super-very friendly mixed breed. I respect every animal’s energy and comfort level, and precisely follow your instructions, checking in with you if necessary. When walking, your dog sets the pace. Sniffers get time to sniff, I keep pace with energetic dogs on a marching mission, and meander with dogs that appreciate a more leisurely pace of life. Every walk or drop-in comes with free snuggles. I am extremely reliable and will take excellent care of your pet and home.

Hilary is fantastic!! My German shepherd absolutely adores her. She is extremely courteous, very communicative, and clearly cares about dogs. I really appreciated how she first interacted with my dog to lay a good foundation for their future interactions. Highly recommend!!

Hilary took great care of Onigiri. During the drop in visits, she made sure he had plenty of food and water, cleaned up his litterbox, played with him and took him on walks. The visits were timely and the pictures were wonderful!
Hilary is a wonderful dog sitter for my behaviorally challenging rescue, Evie! Hilary has been extremely patient and worked hard to learn about Evie's quirks, ensuring Evie feels safe and comfortable while also getting all her needs met. I left Evie with Hilary for a month while I was out of the country, and loved receiving frequent updates from Hilary about the adventures they had together at the park and on trails. In that time, Evie got lots of attention, plenty of exercise, and tons of love! My dog is often distrustful of other people, but she is always so excited to see and snuggle with Hilary! That's a testament to Hilary's patience, attention, and consistent expectation setting. She's my reliable go-to to care for my sweet (and sassy) fur baby, and I couldn't recommend her enough!
