We recently left our toy poodle, Apple, with Hey Kiu for 21 days while we were away, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Finding a trustworthy dog sitter can be nerve-wracking, but Hey Kiu put our minds completely at ease from day one. She is exceptionally responsible, attentive, and dependable. Every single day, she kept us updated with detailed notes and wonderful photos of Apple, showing us how well he was settling in and enjoying his time. It was so reassuring to see him so content and properly cared for while we were abroad. Hey Kiu went above and beyond to ensure Apple's daily routine and well-being were maintained. It was abundantly clear that she treats the dogs in her care with genuine love and affection. We are extremely grateful for her fantastic support and would recommend her to any pet owner without hesitation. We will definitely be booking with Hey Kiu again in the future!

Incredibly professional and reliable. Kiu handled everything from the daily feedings to the 'messy' parts of dog care without a complaint. I especially appreciated how they kept the water bowls scrubbed and the yard clean. You can tell they’ve been doing this since they were young—Hey Kiu just 'get' dogs!
We needed someone to help with our new puppy while we were at work. Not only did they help with the feeding and potty breaks, but their background in animal behavior was obvious. They kept our training routine consistent and provided great advice on socialization. Five stars!
Highly recommend! Kiu have been looking after my two cats for a while now. They are incredibly reliable and follow feeding instructions to the letter. I love that they have five years of experience and a formal education in animal care—it gives me such peace of mind knowing my fur babies are in expert hands.
I was so nervous about leaving my cat, Luna, who requires daily oral medication. Finding someone with a formal background in animal care made all the difference! Not only did they handle the medicine perfectly, but they also managed to clip Luna’s nails without any fuss—something I usually struggle to do myself. A true professional!

Schedule
I am currently a student, so the time is flexible. I can visit your house or walking a dog during my free time. I wish I could meet animals everyday!

We usually hangout with my puppy Kuma in a park just next to our home, playing with balls and toy. That’s his favourite activities every day!
