The only reason I can't board your dogs is that we already have five dogs at home. I am very patient and will give your dogs all the love they deserve. I am used to giving medication in their food, but if necessary, I can also administer it orally. They will never be without fresh water, and food will always be on time.
Information Hettie V. would like to know about your pet
I’d like to know if your pets are allowed on the furniture and bed. What interval for potty breaks? Do they go for walks? Are they taking medicines? What are their personality traits and demeanor?
A typical day
I believe pets should have a regular routine. Our typical day starts at 7 a.m. when all the pets get breakfast. Afterwards they get to do their business and play and run around in the backyard. Then it's time for a nap. Early afternoon is the time for a long walk. They all get dinner at 5 pm and then go outside for potty. Evenings are my cat, Jack’s turn. He sleeps on my chest every night until bedtime and then moves to the pillow next to me for the night. Around 10 pm the dogs go potty for the last time before bedtime.

Happy to be your doggie grandma!
Pet care experience
We've had dogs since I was 10 years old. They ranged from Rottweilers and German Shepherds to Beagles and Dachshunds. I love dogs as much as they love me. I firmly believe the more love and attention you give them, the more love they give you! It would be my honor to take care of your pets in your home where they feel safe. I will happily walk your dogs, check in on them, or house-sit for you. I’m retired and am available any time of day. I take any responsibility for your pets very seriously.

Reviews

Hettie cared so well for our pack of 5 dogs and handled that with no problem! We had no concerns leaving them with her and knew they were in great hands with Hettie! We appreciated her taking the time to play with EACH of them often while we were gone for a week. Couldn't have gone without her! Will use Hettie as often as we can when we leave town.

Hettie is fantastic! She watched our two pups for us while we were on vacation for a week. We got regular updates about their well being, including photos and videos. It was great peace of mind to know she was taking care of our home and our “kids” while we were away.

Great communication and I knew that our 5 dogs and our house, were all very well taken care of!
Hettie is an amazing dog sitter. She gives nightly updates and pictures and went above and beyond with our dogs. We really appreciate her amazing care while we were out of town. Thank you Hettie!!
