Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I make sure to follow their normal routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions. Keeping pets in a familiar routine helps them feel calm and secure while their owner is away. I’m very attentive and observant, making sure pets are always supervised and in a safe environment. I’m also careful about doors, gates, and outdoor safety during walks to ensure pets stay secure at all times. Communication is very important to me, so I always send regular updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and feel reassured while you’re away. Because I work from home overnight, my daytime schedule is flexible, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day.

Hetal was very good about communicating. She offered to get a refresher the day before the booking (which was very helpful), she checked in regularly with updates, sent pictures, asked questions when needed, and followed up on the reminders and requests I sent in. She followed the cats' eating schedule quite closely despite having other obligations to also attend to, and made sure their litters were cleaned and water bowls refreshed. Gus and Mac seemed to become fond of her quite quickly, and the more cautious Shawnee eventually came around. I arrived home to happy cats and the house in good order. I would book Hetal again; she definitely has five-star potential.
Thank you so much for taking wonderful care of my precious boy Hugo overnight! This was our first time having someone housesit/catsit and i'm so proud of my kitty and grateful for Hetal, it was so comforting receiving picture updates every few hours :3 I'll definitely reach out again if I need some company for the little one! Highly recommend, she was so sweet + flexible and I had no doubt Hugo would be well cared for <33 thanks a million!
I could not be happier with my experience with Hetal! My cat is always so skittish and anxious around new people but within the first 10 minutes he went from hissing and swatting at her to purring from her pets. She managed to keep his anxious kitty-self calm while I was out of town for a weekend. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and in general to anyone needing a pet sitter!
Hetal has been absolutely amazing with our dog, Bella. She regularly walked and dog-sat for us, and we always knew Bella was in caring and reliable hands. With three kids our schedule can get hectic, but Hetal was incredibly flexible and always willing to work around whatever we had going on. It gave us a peace of mind knowing we had someone dependable, who truly cared about Bella.
Hetal was an amazing cat sitter for my very energetic cat. She spent so much time actively playing with him and keeping him entertained, which really meant a lot. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I work from home overnight, which means my days are very open and flexible. Because of this schedule, I’m able to give pets consistent attention and care throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, playtime, and companionship, and I make sure pets get plenty of attention and supervision while their owners are away. My flexible daytime schedule allows me to adapt to your pet’s normal routine, helping them stay comfortable and stress-free.

- Before caring for your pet, I like to learn as much as possible so I can give them the best experience while you’re away. It’s helpful to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any medical conditions or medications they may have. I also like to know about their personality—whether they’re shy, energetic, or prefer lots of cuddles—as well as any triggers, fears, or behaviors I should be aware of. Information about how they interact with other animals, their favorite toys or activities, and any training cues they know is also very helpful. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved while in my care.
