My partner and I don’t have any pets of our own, but are always keen to take care of pets for friends and family when the opportunity presents itself, including a German shepherd, boxer cross, and a pair of Italian spinone’s.

Herbie and Emma looked after our excitable 18 month old Cocker-Retriever Finn for 6 nights and could not have been more accommodating. They listened to all our ‘instructions’ and Finn was clearly so well looked after. We were sent updates every day and were so confident he was in good hands. Herbie and Emma arranged a pre-sitting walk with us too so everyone could meet which worked great. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and Finn will be back! Thank you both
Emma and Herbie were amazing with Albus! It was his first time staying with them and they welcomed him so warmly into their home. We got constant updates and photos which we always love to see while we’re away and it seemed that Albus had really settled in well. The communication is amazing and we will not hesitate to ask them to have Albus again in the future! 🥰❤️
Herbie and Emma were absolutely brilliant with our two dogs. Very accommodating with arrangements and with specific care requests. Our dogs had a wonderful time and we were very reassured by regular updates and pictures. We will definitely use Herbie and Emma again, it was great to leave our dogs with such a capable and caring couple.
We couldn't be happier with the care our dog Luna received from Herbie and Emma! Luna stayed with them for 4 nights and 5 days, they made sure she felt right at home. They kept us updated throughout her stay sending us lovely pictures and letting us know she was settling in, which gave us peace of mind. Herbie and Emma are such lovely and friendly people it was clear that Luna absolutely loved her time with them - she was so comfortable, happy and well looked after. We are so grateful for the wonderful care Herbie and Emma provided and we wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. Very highly recommended!!
Our two Italian Spinone, Max & Bruno have always been made very welcome and they are spoiled rotten, even getting prime TV seats! Would highly recommend this lovely young couple!

Schedule
My partner and I both work hybrid roles so can guarantee someone will be at home with your pets throughout the length of their stay. We will ask you about your pets schedule and try to keep to their norm as much as possible throughout the stay

We own a home with a small but secure garden to the rear, and are happy to make any adjustments to our home if required to suit your needs
A typical day
We love to walk your pets in a large orchard 5 minutes from our home or nearby woodland. We will tend to ask you your pets schedule and normal day to day activities to make them as happy as possible during their stay
