I work remotely and have a lot of down time between my meetings. My work schedule is pretty flexible and I am able to take some time off during the day if need be for pet care.

I live in an apartment, with many parks around me for dog walks. I have a balcony in my apartment and am vigilant to never let animals out there for safety purposes.
Information Hera A. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to know if your pet has favorite spots to be pet or favorite routines (for example, my cat loves to be pet while she’s eating). Also let me know if your pet has any specific triggers to avoid or be aware of (for example, a dog i watch regularly hates when people knock on the door or ring the doorbell, so I make sure to avoid those triggers when someone is coming over).
A typical day
I make sure to use their toys while I’m watching them and making sure they have enough stimulation for the day. If I have permission to give the pet treats, I like to use treat puzzles or practice commands for the treats.

I’ve been a dog sitter for friends and family for over 7 years. I love dog walking and giving dogs the opportunity to sniff and play during their time outside. I also am a cat mom and cat whisperer. My family has 5 cats and I have 1 so I am very well versed in understanding cat body language and boundaries.

Hera was a great sitter for our cat. My cat is timid, but Hera was able to gain her trust and rub her belly in just a couple of days. The house was the same as we left it when we returned from our trip. Overall, our cat was happy and well taken care of.
