Henry is wicked friendly, I am very glad that he agreed to be Tofu’s regular walker for the past few weeks. Henry is always quick to respond via text, and very detailed in his reports of Tofu’s walks. Henry also takes Tofu to play fetch in the park almost daily, which is a huge undertaking. Thanks so much, Henry!

Excellent rapport with dogs, prompt and friendly

Henry is very responsive to messages, and he cares about Lulu. I love how he attempts to teach Lulu (old dog) new tricks =) I am happy with his service.

Henry Mandel has frequently sat for my dog Scruffles for over two years. My dog, Scruffles, is always happy and excited to see Henry; he is very affectionate with Scruffles, always takes him on nice long walks, and plays with him at the park (depending on the weather). It is very hard for me to find a sitter for my Maltese because of his anxiety and aggressive attitude, but Henry is perfect with him and they get along very well. On other occasions, Henry has also pet-sat my turtle, Sunshine, and my kitten, Pebbles. Henry is always diligent and responsible when caring for Sunshine and Pebbles and has even helped me to raise Pebbles from kitten to adult cat. Henry has always cared for my pets with the love and kindness I’d show them. He is a delight with animals and an overall responsible, dependent, and caring person.

Henry is one of the most interpersonal friends I've ever had, and his effective ability to connect with people translates successfully to caring for pets. Years ago, he cared for and routinely walked an acquaintance's dog during a summer, and he currently helps to oversee his girlfriend's dog with great passion and care. Indeed, every time I am with Henry and his girlfriend’s dog (Bubbles), it is obvious that Bubbles loves Henry and trusts him - that feeling is one that has been built up based on Henry's history of care and treatment of Bubbles. Moreover, Henry has also shown great respect to my dog (Nesbo) when he has met her, and he was very careful in helping to break up rough play between Bubbles and Nesbo. These experiences are complemented by Henry's many years of helping to care for his own household's cat. All of these events have led me to believe that Henry would undoubtedly be a terrific caregiver for any family's pets.

I met Henry through a mutual friend, at the time I only had 1 dog, now I have 2. He's been great with them both. They get excited when he comes though the door. My older dog gets overheated easily in the summer and Henry is great with following directions to make sure she's comfortable and safe. My younger dog is very high energy and loves her solo walks with Henry and always comes home ready for a nap. There have been a handful of times I've needed more than walking and Henry was great at following feeding and other basic directions as well. He has a great energy with dogs, they seem to love him as much as he loves them.
