Availability
I work as a software developer remotely. Therefore, I am able to provide good quality care to your pet(s) while also working. Monday-Friday: I work from home 9am to 5pm. Would stay at the house working while caring about your pet (flexible work). Able to do 2x dog walks during the day if required. Saturday-Sunday: would be taking care of your pet and if it is a dog I would be walking it to parks, etc. I’m mostly studying at home on my free time. May go out at night for short periods (4h max) to see my girlfriend.

Allergies, diseases and medication. Food diet. Who to contact if they get sick, where to take them on emergencies. How many meals/treats per day and also how many walks based on dog energy levels. Whether there is something specific that they like the most in terms of play. Little things like that.
A typical day
For walks I prefer large parks. But depending on the region and how the dog is handled by the owner, would adapt to the closest area. I like to play with dogs/cats and keep them animated. When they ask for attention I always make sure to see what they need. If the dog is used to be released from leash on parks, would slowly get to an approach like that once I get confidence that its listening to me. But of course, this depends on the size of the park too and whether owner prefers it to be in a leash or not during these walks. I can be 100% adaptable to the needs of the dog/cat and to reassure the owner of good care.

I’ve been taking care of pets since I started working/living at London and saw the need of friends wanting to travel but struggling to find someone to look for their pets. It’s been four years now and my experience goes from cats to dogs, from tiny Shi Tzus to large Golden Retrievers. My friends always ask for me and I really enjoy their pets company.

Henrique has been an absolutely amazing cat sitter for Milo. Milo is usually very shy around new people, but he took a liking to Henrique straight away, which says everything about how calm, patient, and caring he is with animals. He’s been incredible with Milo throughout the whole time — giving him lots of attention, making sure he was comfortable, and really understanding his personality and needs. We also really appreciated how consistently Henrique kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. It’s so reassuring knowing Milo is in such good hands, and we could tell he was genuinely happy and relaxed the entire time. Henrique is reliable, thoughtful, and clearly loves what he does. At this point, we may need to plan our holidays around Henrique’s availability because we honestly wouldn’t want anyone else looking after Milo!
Another great stay with Henrique looking after our cat. Henrique is a kind and thoughtful chap who keeps us very well updated and always leaves the place looking clean and tidy. I’m super extra about care for our cat and Henrique always makes me feel confident that our cat is in great hands. Highly recommend.
We're so grateful to Henrique for coming over to look after Masha for a weekend. We had adopted her a month prior as a rescue and this was the first time we left her with someone and didn't know what to expect. As it turns out she is still very very anxious about being left with a new person so it was challenging for both of them-Henrique handled it with a lot of grace and provided a lot of updates and did everything to put her at ease. Thanks Henrique hopefully next time it will be easier 😊
