Heng-Chi was great Mocha loved her and her family! She was great at communicating (before and during the stay) and I received pictures on a daily basis which put me at ease during my trip away from Mocha.

We had a wonderful experience with Heng-Chi taking care of our dog Quincy. She was able to accept our booking last minute, was great with communication and sent lots of photos. Highly recommend.
They were great with my dog Kulo! We had a meet & Greet (my request but they are not insistent) then they watched my fur baby. I got regular updates. My pup got along real good with their cat & kid. He was happy when I picked him up. I would definitely book them again!

For Dogs: -Fetch & Tug-of-War – Great for active dogs that love to chase or pull. -DIY Treat Hunt – Hide treats around the house or yard for a fun sniffing game. For Cats: *Interactive Play – Use feather wands, laser pointers, or balls to get them moving. *Box & Tunnel Fun – Set up tunnels, paper bags, or cardboard boxes for them to explore. *Food Puzzles – Make them work for their treats to keep them engaged. *Catnip Time – Some cats love rolling in or playing with catnip toys.
