I have taken care of pets since I was 25 years old, first cats and then dogs. I have rescued once a feral cat from the shelter and he was rehabilitated to live in the domestic environment. The cat still lives with my parents. I have experience with dogs training and looking after their safety and exercise needs. I have taken a two month dog training course with my dog at the time she was a puppy in 2021. My knowledge and experience through the years show in my confidence when looking after pets, therefore they feel safe and confident when around me. Available at week and weekends, for dog walking mainly during the week. I work part-time at home, so pet care will be done along with that. I have a female friendly dog in the house, she is very friendly and gets along with other dogs very well. I currently don't use a crate, but I can get one out if needed. My back garden is fenced and I use baby gates in 2 rooms also for safety. I also have a cat, he is 17 years old and he keeps to himself in his room when I have excited puppies around. He just wants his peace and quiet and sleeps most of the time. I am member of the PVG Scheme (police checked) and insured.

First time we've ever had the need for assistance so were unsure. We needn't have worried. Helik (with the help of Chris, Elise & Luca) was absolutely fantastic and we would never think twice about asking again, should the need arise. Our big lad got on great with their lovely dog Betty and i imagine was sad when it was time to go home. Can't thank them or speak highly enough of what they did for us. She helped with his training and made sure he was exercised, mixing with other dogs (which he loves) , so as to continue his development as he has just turned a year old. Big thumbs up .... thank you, thank you, thank you.
I have known Helik and her dog Betty since the beginning of lockdown in 2020. Betty is such a well behaved and excellently trained dog. My dog Poppy was a rescue dog and can be a bit anxious, but, she has always gotten on really well with Betty. Indeed, Betty was Poppy’s first doggy friend in our local park. This is all down to Helik’s training. Betty always does exactly as Helik says as she has been so well trained. Helik has also provided advice to me about Poppy which has resulted in Poppy becoming a much less anxious, more social and a happier dog.

A typical day
I usually walk my dog in a park nearby and know many dogs and dog owners in my local community. Sometimes we go to bigger fields for a different experience. There many parks and walks around my area.
