Not the first or last time booking with Heli, she always takes such great care of Ella, and I trust her 100%% Ella loves hanging out with her buddy Zuzu. 10/10 recommend, very professional, caring and always keeping me updated with how Ella is doing while I am away.

Excellent care and communication

Ella loves her stays with her best friend Zuzuuu .. thank you Heli and Chintankumar for always taking such great care of her.. she always comes back with happy tail wags and super fun energy. Appreciated all the updates though out the week and knowing Ella is with you I never worry and actually get to enjoy my vacation. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your fur baby look no further.

Had really bad experience with these sitters. I had told them when dropping off my dog he did not go for his walk in the morning and I left. Not even half an hr they called and said he’s not house trained that he pooped snd peed inside the house. He is trained so i told her since u didn’t take him out he probably did that. She said she can’t take him and i was stressing out to find another sitter. Luckily my friend offered to help take the dog. I was already on my way leaving town i was very stressed. If you are not a dog person you should not doing this type of services. Some dogs pees out of anxiety too that doesn’t mean they r not trained. Overall will never ever book them again.

Our 12 year old Bentley had a great stay with Heli and Chintan! We received frequent updates and it was very clear he enjoyed his time there - he was very happy and full of energy at pick up. Thanks so much and we look forward to having Bentley stay with you again!

Our 6.5 month old pup had his first overnight stay last weekend and was well looked after, had fun with Zuzu and another similarly aged pup that came for Day care in the last couple of hours. Their home is well set up for dogs to play safely inside and Kobe came home tired (in a good way)!
