Love and Fun with Aunt Helene
I have a cozy, comfy, doggy friendly home. Your beloved fur baby will have an absolute ball. I have a doggy door with a screened-in porch with grass inside so the dogs can access the outside whenever they wish and be in a safe, controlled area. I also have a large, fenced in yard. I absolutely love and enjoy dogs. I now get to spend lots of time with our furry friends as Im home most of the time. I welcome all well-behaved, non-aggressive, house-broken, spayed or neutered dogs into my home. Please use flea/tick prevention and be up to date with shots, as well. I am a former volunteer at the Animal League. I have had three spoiled, well-loved dogs since moving to Florida, however, they are sadly, no longer with me. I recently lost my beloved girl, Nutmeg. My dog, Sammy, had diabetes so I administered insulin by injection for approximately one year. Sammy lost his eyesight from the diabetes so I have experience with a blind dog as well. I would like to share a recent article that was done about me in Style Magazine, the September 2024 issue, page 20, which can be accessed online. I have recently published memoirs which include many of my special dogs. "Insights Into Our Canine Companions," which is currently on Amazon Kindle.

Helene was a spectacular dog sitter! Very responsive and sent photos and updates without being prompted! Our dog was very well cared for!
Helene went above and beyond while taking care of our senior dog Shep. He requires medication and she handled it like a pro. She also communicated with me through the entire stay which made me feel at ease . I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

Schedule
Since I no longer work outside my home, I'm currently home the majority of the week so I can give your babies lots of love and attention.

I have a fenced yard as well as a screened porch. I also have sturdy gates surrounding my front door to keep any would-be wanderers inside.
Pets
A typical day
We will get our exercise with walks morning and/or evening, weather permitting. I have a large yard that's on a hill for running and playing fetch, and also have many dog toys. Dogs are free to roam inside the house and snuggle up on the couch with me.
