Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I cared for my Doberman for 10 wonderful years, including his senior years, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand a dog's unique needs. After recently losing him, I'm not ready for another dog of my own, but I'd love to care for yours. I welcome small to medium-sized dogs into a safe, loving home where they'll receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I'll care for your furry family member as if they were my own, so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

Helena is so friendly and did wonderful dog sitting our family dog Lucky. Helena sent us pictures to keep us updated on how Lucky was doing. He gets some separation anxiety from being away from my mom but Helena was so comforting that Lucky was able to relax, take a nap, go for a walk and fall asleep in their room. I would highly recommended Helena and already rebooked her.
Helena was such a good sitter to our dog! She communicates very well and sent updates/pictures quite often. I definitely recommend her & will be booking her if we’re in the area.

Schedule
I own my own business, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be very attentive to pet care. I’m usually busy until about 1:00 PM, but after that I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, feeding, and giving your dog the care and attention they deserve. I also make it a priority to ensure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re with me.

I have a secure, fenced yard where dogs can safely play and explore. I also live in a quiet, pet-friendly neighborhood with beautiful walking trails and a lake nearby, so your pup will enjoy regular walks and outdoor time.
A typical day
Your pet will enjoy plenty of fun and exercise during their stay! I have a beautiful walking trail and lake right behind my home, so we'll go on daily walks, explore the neighborhood, and get lots of fresh air and exercise. I'll make sure your pet stays active, happy, and well cared for.
