I am a teacher and owner of two beautiful cats, Tybalt and Benvolio. As you can probably tell, if you know your Shakespeare, I am an English Teacher! I have a strong pastoral background and looking after and caring for others is part of my DNA. I love cats and how funny, loving and independent they are. There is nothing better than sitting on the sofa and your cat comes to sit with you. I love giving them a good amount of fuss if they want and need that attention when you’re away. I am also an experienced English tutor and regularly work with young people in the local area.

We are very glad that we asked Helen to look after our cat Queenie while we were on holidays. She provided us with daily video updates which gave us peace of mind and were adorable to watch. Queenie can be shy at first, but she warmed up to Helen straight away. She happily rolled around the floor next to her, gave headbutts and came for cuddles and playtime. We came home to a happy cat and will definitely book Helen again in the future.
As always, Helen was kind and attentive with our nervous cats, who clearly feel comfortable and safe with her. Helen also sent great update photos/videos and very kindly watered our plants! Thank you!
Helen was great. Very thorough and kept us up to date with photos, videos and voice notes. She took time to build up a rapport with all of our cats, especially the youngest one Pixie who craves attention. Helen clearly loves cats! Highly recommended.
Helen is very approachable and was attentive to our rather shy cat while we were away. She followed details of instructions carefully and kept in touch throughout. Recommended!
