As an animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs and cats of my own as well as those of relatives and friends, I see them as family. I have experience caring for all ages, from puppies to seniors with mobility issues, and am comfortable administering medicine if necessary. I understand different personalities enjoy different activities. I'm an expert at providing pups with activity filled days layered with quiet moments of rest, snuggles, chest rubs, head scratches, and relaxing body massages. Watching dogs having a great time, living their best life, makes me happy. I can't wait to send pictures and videos of your dog having a blast!

I recently had the pleasure of boarding my pug, Squirt, with Helen through Rover, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and warmth she provided. Schedule
I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I'm available for weekdays, weekends, and holidays and offer daycare and boarding services. If your dog has any special needs, please let me know as I'd be happy to accommodate.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog's safety and well-being is my top priority; I look forward to discussing your care instructions and providing your pup with the highest level of personalized attention and care. SAFETY & SUPERVISION - To ensure a smooth and successful experience: ~ A temperament test is requested prior to your dog's stay. ~ Proof of all vaccines, including Rabies, Distemper/Parvovirus, and Bordetella need to be provided in advance. ~ Playtime will be monitored. ~ Your pup will never be left alone while enjoying fun time in the yard. ~ Meal time will take place in individual private lodging areas. ~ I have a partnership with a local veterinarian that is 1.8 miles away. If a medical emergency arises, I'll keep you updated. ENVIRONMENT - Under my care, your dog will enjoy plenty of exercise, social activity, and quality human interaction while you're away. During the day, dogs will have the opportunity to run and play in the doggie play area with other friendly dogs. At night, they will sleep in crates. Potty breaks will be given every 2 hours with last call between 9:30-10pm. My home has a large, open and spacious yard that is enclosed with a 6 foot fence; plenty of room for active/energetic dogs to do zoomies OR for investigative pups to freely roam and sniff. In addition, the yard has a great amount of shade & sunshine that changes location throughout the day so your dog can enjoy different hang out spots. On warmer days, a doggy pool may be available for those who love water fun in the sun.

A typical day
My goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for dogs to play and socialize. I enjoy curating an appropriate agenda for all pups based on their need for mental or physical stimulation. I have a big fenced-in yard that can accommodate the needs of sight, sound, scent, and socialization. If your dog is high energy, Ali (my resident speed racer) would love to zip around the ground with him/her. For those who need to put in a good day's work, I have a lot of balls that need fetching! Dogs who enjoy doing their own thing, will have plenty of ground to cover and beds to lay on. I have toys and games to keep your dog engaged and happy.
