Lola thoroughly enjoyed her stay with Helen. She was well looked after and all her needs as an older dog were met. I think she was sad to leave! Communication was excellent and we received regular updates and pictures.
Taffy seems to have had a great time with Helen.He. particularly enjoyed her home made gravy 👌. Will use again when next on holiday .
Helen and her husband were new dog sitters in their home for our WCS for a few days. I was instantly at ease with them both and they clearly have a lot of experience. I received photos and could see she was enjoying her time with them. Great comms, kind and professional. Very happy to recommend and a lovely spot on the very edge of the city with lots of lovely walks nearby. Just perfect for our busy WCS 😊
Helen is an excellent cat minder, and Serge was a great helper. I was very nervous leaving Milo for the first time ever, but Helen’s experience truly shows in her care and she put me at ease. Helen stepped in at short notice for three nights and looked after him wonderfully. Helen carefully managed his wound care by keeping it completely clean and dry. Her regular photo and video updates gave me peace of mind while I was away. I came home to a relaxed, happy and perfectly healing cat. I would definitely recommend Helen.
Helen was great with Taffy. He seems to have had a great time with her . He seems to have been well looked after. Eaten all his food , played with his toys and exercised. We are using Helen again in August.
Helen was just wonderful, she looked after my little boy for a week, he was so happy. Also Helen send me pictures. I'll definitely book again.

Schedule
I am currently working part time and my husband is a pensioner who is more than happy to take care of the pets as well. I work only 4 hours a day.

I have a fenced garden in my terraced house with a wonderful view to the fields. There are loads of paths for your pet to enjoy
A typical day
Typically, after a short wee walk and breakfast, then a play time. After that we take your dogs for a longer walk in the parks nearby and explore public paths along the Caldew River. Then we come back home, the dogs drink water and have a nap. Evening walk is after dinner.
