I honestly couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough! She looked after my 19-year-old cat Fifi while I was away, including giving her the medication she needs. Helen was absolutely fantastic with Fifi. She was incredibly caring, attentive and loving, and it was obvious that she genuinely loves animals. She even regularly stayed longer than the time I had booked because she enjoyed spending time with Fifi, which was so lovely to see. Every day, Helen sent me messages to let me know how Fifi was doing, along with lots of photos, videos and a detailed update about what happened during her visit. This gave me complete peace of mind while I was away, knowing Fifi was in such good hands. It was an absolute pleasure having Helen look after Fifi, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in booking her again. When I travel in the future, I would love for Helen to look after Fifi again — knowing she’s with Helen means I can completely relax while I’m away. Thank you so much, Helen, for taking such wonderful care of Fifi! ❤️🐾

This is the first time we leave our cat home overnight, so we were quite nervous in the beginning. But Helen did such a great job! Helen followed all our (quite extensive) instructions and became friends with our rather timid kitty in no time. She also gave us such detailed update (and very nice pictures and videos), just really comforting and sweet. We came home to our Honey being super chill and relaxed as if asking “y’all back so soon?” Couldn’t recommend Helen enough!

Helen looked after my elderly cat for two weeks and she was great. Helen is extremely reliable, communicated well and truly understood my cat's needs. She showered my cat with lots of care and attention. This put my mind at ease and I returned to a relaxed, happy kitty. I highly recommend Helen.

We have booked Helen several times now. She's always been brilliant. She's always very responsive to messages and keeps us updated every visit. In each visit she stays with our cat long enough to feed him, have a play and a cuddle, and she takes lots of photos, rather than just chucking food in a bowl and rushing off. She gets to know the cat very well, and they clearly get along great.

I can't praise Helen highly enough - my cat is not the friendliest but she was so patient and understanding with him and I came home to him in a good mood, so I know he appreciated her visits even if he didn't show it! The communication and updates were great and very reassuring, and the attention to detail in the care was perfect. Thank you Helen :)
