I have grown up with dogs all my life, and am used to breeds of all shapes and sizes. Living at home, we had Bernese Mountain dogs, Labrador’s and now a Doberman as our family dog. My two children (age 8 and 6), are hands on and take great pride in providing play and a cosy lap to sleep on! I work from home for 2-4 hours on and off each day, but am around for regular wee breaks, (we leave our back door open almost all year). So your pooch can come and go from the garden as they please. Our 18 month old pup Scarlett, is a playful, loving Doberman…who has always loved other dogs! She is besotted with our children and loves to curl up on the sofa after a nice long walk.
