He got to go for long walks and got loved on lots. He was happy and healthy when we picked him up. We will use them again in the future since he was comfortable with them so quickly.

Lavanda had a great time at Helens. I received plenty of updates and Helen was always quick to respond.

Our experience with Helen was truly wonderful. She was attentive to our needs and was very communicative. She reached out before our stay to get as many details about Chewie and our itinerary since we are not Monterey locals. She was very accommodating and made the pick up and drop off easy. We received numerous updates and a few great photos while we were away that helped put us at ease since this was our first boarding experience. Helen is an amazing dog sitter, she genuinely loved and cared for my dog during my stay in the area from out of town! After meeting her and seeing her place your dog will want to go to her house too, I left my dog with her and felt 100% comfortable and had no doubt that my dog would be so happy with her and her husband!!!

Helen was amazing. She really came through for us when we needed to go somewhere that dog's weren't allowed. She and her husband are just adorable. Their fenced yard is beautiful and perfect for dogs. Our dog is really like one of our kids and we very rarely leave her. I would leave her anytime with Helen. Many thanks for your love and care!

I have various people to call upon for care of our dog but Helen is my top pick - she's my most trusted caregiver and the first person I would contact when in need of help. Our dog has acute isolation/separation anxiety; he simply is not up to being left alone for any period of time. Helen understood his needs immediately and instead of trying to 'train him' for me, she simply gave him what he needed... a calm caring individual that could help soothe his ragged nerves. She spent a weekend at my home dogsitting and taking him out on hiking adventures. He became so comfortable with her that I was able to bring him to her house for stretches of time when a sitter became necessary. He wasn't just tolerant of visiting her, he was excited about it. Since she's moved away we sorely miss her, for the help she provided to us as well as who she is as a person. If you're lucky enough to hire her, treat her well! She's gold.
