I grew up in a house with three dogs and four cats, so taking care of animals has always been a huge part of my life. I have been dog and cat sitting for others for over 8 years. I have a dog of my own, Layla, who is genuinely the light of my life, so I completely understand how important it is to know your pet is with someone who will love and care for them while you’re away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time for walks, check-ins, playtime, and keeping your pet company throughout the day. I’m also happy to work around your pet’s normal routine as much as possible! I have years of experience walking, watching, and caring for both dogs and cats, and I genuinely love getting to know each pet and their individual personality. Whether they love long walks and playtime or would rather curl up and get some extra attention, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at. I truly believe our pets are family, and I’ll always treat yours like they’re part of mine. You can expect lots of love, attention, and plenty of cute updates while they’re with me! 🐾

I believe that animals should only be treated with love, and gentle care, and that dogs are as good as the people caring for them! Making sure I take the time to make your pet comfortable means a lot to me, as I would want someone to do the same with my dog!

Helen helped us out with a last minute request after our dog's surgery when he needed someone to be with him non stop during the day. She was such a godsend and so flexible, and able to work with our very energetic pup in a cone who needed a lot of patience and TLC. I cannot recommend Helen highly enough!!
Helen has watched my dog Henry many times, just not through Rover! I am out of town for work often and knowing I have Helen to help out is such a relief. My dog is my literal child and I don’t trust many people with him, but I always know he is in good hands with Helen.

I have known her for over a decade, and she has always upheld such a thoughtful, rational and intuitive approach to life; she can also make decisions swiftly and with great confidence. I feel that these are all important and essential qualities to look for in someone that you would trust your fur babies with! She is one of my most reliable and driven friends; she is very trustworthy and protects those that she cares about with her entire heart and soul! She will absolutely provide your pup with the same devotion and care that I’ve always known her to possess. She loves dogs very much, and frequents the beach with her beautiful gal Layla, so she is entirely comfortable caring for your pups and can easily differentiate the subtle behaviors in dogs that should be avoided or positively reinforced with treats or praise, and so on!
