As a full-time student with online classes, my schedule is extremely flexible which makes petcare a great fit. I am able to set appointments and do my schoolwork around them. There is nothing like a good walk with a cute doggy to help reset my brain after a hard assignment!

My fenced in yard is safe and provides my 3 cats and 1 dog (and multiple squirrel and bird families) with a little piece of heaven. I also love being able to care for my pet friends in their own homes where they are already comfortable and safe! I have cared for ferrets, parrots, guinea pigs, peacocks, rats, hamsters, dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes and even snakes. I am also experienced with giving medications and assisting special needs and elderly dogs and cats.

I like to know their favorite toys and whether they have favorite places to walk. Feeding schedules, outside routines - what a typical day for them is like. I ensure that while I'm providing care, they do not experience anything out of the ordinary (aside from mom/dad being away)! It's helpful to know their personalities and how often they experience you being away so that I am able to provide the best possible care for them. There's a huge difference in needs between doggies who are used to their parents taking trips occasionally, and those who are not. All information will help me understand and recognize what your buddy needs!

I make sure to feed your pup exactly the way I am instructed so that s/he has the nutrition they need as well as any medication. We will walk and play as needed and I always enjoy petting and snuggle sessions as much as the next dog! If your pet has a specific schedule, I stick to it! I live with my husband's mother which makes overnights difficult, due to her nighttime care needs -- but I am able to provide all kinds of services throughout the day. I typically visit for a *Minimum* of 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours midday, and 2 hours in the evening. Please reach out and tell me about what you need! I'm happy to discuss what I'm able to provide for you. I'm also always open to negotiate pricing based on your specific needs. I make sure my calendar is always up to date so you will never be surprised by any last-minute changes in plans.

I have been taking care of cats, dogs, various rodents, and birds since I was old enough to reach the sink to fill their water bowls! My professional dog walking and pet sitting experience began in 2012 when my employer at the time needed someone to watch her three dogs, two birds, and several needy houseplants while her family took a two month long vacation out of the country. I enjoyed the experience so much that I found a pet sitting and dog walking service to work for and was with Mutts of Greenwich for two years before I began to do pet sitting in my hometown of New Canaan, CT. I offered cage and aquarium cleaning services for my clients as well, which they loved! Having moved to Colorado Springs, I look forward to creating a great relationship with new clients (and their owners!) here in town :)

Helen was very communicative and kept great care of our two (high maintenance) corgis!
Helen was great. She took good care of Emma who requires medicine twice a day. We left the medicine in pill sorters to cover our time away and Helen set up her medicine for a few days on our return so we wouldn't have to worry about it. Above and beyond. Great sitter.
Great sitter. Had our plans change a lot but she was really accommodating and got the job done professionally.
Helen was a great dog/house sitter. She was very gracious in helping me at the last minute when my previously booked sitter ghosted me. The dogs were very well taken care of, and I received daily photos. She communicated very well, and I will certainly use her again in the future!!!
