I have owned dogs ... forever. I love animals and have cared for dogs in my home for years. I have also cared for all types of animals in homes of friends, neighbors and others. I am friendly and dogs love me!! I will also do a brisk walk with your pet and give them some great exercise! I will spend quality time with your pet. If you leave out detailed instructions, I will follow them, including giving medications. I have been doing this for years and have proven to be extremely responsible and reliable. I will open up my home for boarding if a dog is housebroken and a good fit with my Chocolate Lab (who basically gets along with every dog he has met and very tolerant of younger dogs as well) and I will also offer care/walks/play time for clients' dogs in their home.

Heidi was wonderful with our pup! She communicated well, was flexible with our schedule and most importantly, loved on our dog.
My vacation was fabulous greatly due to Heidi wonderful care of Korky, my corgi mix. Heidi is calm-assertive and genuinely good at taking care of pets. Heidi worked with me for drop-off and pickup times to fit our traveling schedule. For a dog like Korky, being away from family is worrisome. At pickup time, it was obvious Korky felt part of Heidi's family as Korky ran up to Heidi while getting her pats from me. Heidi is one of the best pet sitters I've used and will definitely contact her again.

Heidi was incredible! Very communicative off the bat for a last minute request. She clearly has a strong background in caring for dogs - she asked very good questions in our first conversation and immediately I knew Bubba was going to be in good hands. Upon drop off, Heidi went out of her way to make sure that Bubba was comfortable and happy. And of course the updates along the way were much appreciated. 10/10, your dog is in good hands here!
Heidi's house was fantastic for our dogs! Our two border collies had ample space to play in a fenced back yard, wonder walks with Heidi - even in freezing cold weather, and a welcoming home in which to enjoy a Rover resort stay! Our dogs got along with Heidi's sweet lab, Jesse. We will definitely work to have our dogs stay with this top-notch dog care provider again! Thank you Heidi!

Schedule
I currently work from home, so my dog gets frequent outside time in a fenced yard in addition to playing, fetching and walking. I walk the neighborhood most days and do some longer walks and hikes throughout the week. I am grateful to have the flexibility to care for other dogs in addition to my own.
