For Drop Ins and Walks, I’d love to have a quick chat (in person or over the phone) about your pet’s unique needs! When we schedule for house sitting, I’ll ask about -health & medical info (allergies, conditions, medications, vaccination status) -behavioral quirks and triggers -diet and feeding (portions, schedule, preferences) -daily routines (bathroom, sleeping) -emergency info (vet preference, emergency contact info -Any information you feel will set your pet up for success! I’m excited to discuss how I can best be there for your pet!

There is no “typical” day when it comes to spending time with your companions! Each animal is unique, with their own needs and preferences. I’ll spend time getting to know your pet, and depending on their preferences, we might snuggle up inside and play some stationary peekaboo, or hike on trails at a park by your house trying to find the biggest stick we can each carry!

I’ve been surrounded by animals in all different environments, ranging from working on farms in 4H, volunteering in shelters, helping with reptiles (and breeding insects for food! 🤢) and building relationships in my personal life. Through these experiences, I’ve developed proficiencies in -administering medication, -reading and adapting to body language, -developing enrichment activities, -pet grooming, and -handling multi pet households/environments Tailored, adaptive care is crucial in order to build trust and provide individualized stimulation and enrichment. My array of experience and attention to individual body language ensures I can understand each animal’s unique needs, so they can feel safe and at home with me!

Heidi is the best!! She’s so friendly and thorough with our pups. She kept us updated daily and asks the best questions for her stay and pup care. So thankful we found her!!

Heidi never disappoints! She handles our three large dogs flawlessly and communicates quickly when there are any challenges! Our dogs give her five gold paws! Definitely our first choice!
