Heidi has been watching our senior pup for several years now. She has no issues giving him his medications or eye drops, even when he is protesting all measures. She is so kind and patient with him and never complains when she has to clean up one of his messes.

She's helped me cut my chihuahua's nails, because she is too wiggly for me to do so on my own. She's also helped me with product recommendations when my dogs had upset stomachs that worked great. She even told me where I could go to when my partner's dog was overdue for vaccines and when they would be available for walk-ins. Heidi is very knowledgeable and doesn't hesitate to step in and help.
